Community Center

Community Center programming is a new, innovative way to bring individuals with disabilities and community members together to assist those served in achieving their dream of community involvement. The program’s activities are person-centered and based upon goals that reflect the strengths, interests, desires, and challenges of individuals served.

Active participation from each client is one of the primary focuses to minimize the erosion of skills, healthy behaviors, and independence that tends to occur when individuals with disabilities live a sedentary lifestyle.
