President of The Arc of Evansville, Deidra R. Conner, brings extensive leadership experience in financial management, nonprofit governance, corporate compliance, and management. In her capacity as President, she is responsible for overseeing The Arc of Evansville’s programs and services to meet the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities in Evansville and the surrounding communities. Deidra works extensively with the United Way, other local agencies, community leaders, The Arc of Indiana, and local and state elected leaders to advocate for individuals with disabilities. Evansville. He currently serves as the Vice President of Finance and has the responsibilities of overseeing all aspects of the Finance Department and the financial operations of The Arc of Evansville, including maintenance of the general ledger, financial statement reporting, budget preparations, coordinator of external audits, administration and supervision of Accounts Payable & Receivable. In addition, John oversees Medicaid, Group Home and State billing.
Vice President of Development Cinda Phillips has a genuine desire for individuals with disabilities to live meaningful lives. She is passionate about connecting, engaging, and cultivating relationships with others to meet the needs of individuals with disabilities. Cinda joined The Arc more than five years ago as the Assistant Director of Development and has made advancements throughout her time with The Arc. She has extensive nonprofit management experience and a Master of Science degree in Management. Cinda has played a vital role in the Development Departments success through her grant writing, communications, and relationship-building skills.
