Full-time position, Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. The Program Coordinator/Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting the Manager of
Residential and Community Integration with documentation, attending meetings, updating the van schedule and filling in as needed. This role is responsible for working with individuals assigned to caseload on the development, implementation and review of their Person Centered Individual Program Plan and will assist in training direct support staff on client needs and goals. Candidate must be able to provide on-call support once per month (weekend Friday-Monday morning). Candidate’s education/experience must meet the standards as a Qualified Development Disabilities Professional. Bachelor level degree in a human service field is preferred along with prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Candidate must possess reliable and safe
transportation, a valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance.
