Earlier this year, Self-Advocates of Indiana and The Arc of Indiana, in partnership with the Indiana Institute on Disability and Community, asked “How would you change Indiana’s Medicaid Waiver program?”
Many of you contributed feedback about changes the state could make to make the waiver work better for people with disabilities and their families, including ideas about new services, new methods of service delivery, and new ways people with disabilities and families could manage waiver services to achieve their vision of a good life; but then the world changed.
During this difficult time, what have you discovered? How have your priorities changed? How have your needs changed? How has your vision of a good life changed, and how should waivers change to help you achieve that good life?
Join Self-Advocates of Indiana and The Arc of Indiana for a new feedback session about waiver redesign. Raise your voice at one of their virtual feedback sessions. Space is limited, so make sure to join early.
