Arc Industries is a thriving assembly, packaging and distribution facility that offers employment and vocational training to more than 250 individuals with disabilities. Our staff assist in developing work skills and social skills so those served can obtain and maintain competitive community employment.

Arc Industries specializes in packaging, assembly, and order fulfillment. Individuals with disabilities work on various projects including folding and gluing cardboard to produce trays; applying labels to boxes/bottles/cans; creating sealed bags; shrink wrapping items; power-washing reusable packaging such as pallets, drums, & totes for the pharmaceutical industry; and flow wrapping small items into individual plastic bags. The facility’s capabilities include:

  • Large climate controlled warehouse
  • Labeling equipment for bottles, jars, cans, etc.
  • Bagging & kitting equipment
  • Power-wash equipment
  • Heat sealing/heat shrinking lines
  • A “clean room” with flow wrapping capabilities
  • Semi trucks & multiple trailers for regional hauling
  • Several shipping docks
  • FDA & USDA certification for indirect food packaging
  • ISO 9001:2008 certification
