The Bureau of Developmental Disabilities Services (BDDS) is currently targeting individuals for the Family Supports (FS) Waiver who applied in May 2018? Currently, there are 1,578 individuals on the waiting list for the FS Waiver.  To apply for the Family Supports Waiver through your local BDDS office, please call 800-545-7763.
